Woman Killed in San Carlos Car Crash on Holly Street at Highway 101
San Carlos, California (March 27, 2019) – A woman was killed in a fatal two-vehicle collision on Tuesday morning in San Carlos, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Department.
The incident was reported at about 6:33 a.m. March 26, on Holly Street at the Highway 101 southbound off ramp.
Deputies said a Honda HR-V and a Ford F-250 pickup truck towing a trailer were involved in the accident.
Woman Dies in San Carlos Crash
A woman riding in the Honda was unconscious and not breathing when the deputies found her at the scene and inside the vehicle. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The three occupants of the Ford declined medical attention.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
