San Bernardino, California (April 5, 2019) – Two civilians were hospitalized Tuesday night following a traffic accident involving a police vehicle at an intersection in San Bernardino, according to a local news report.

The wreck occurred at around 10:41 p.m. Tuesday, April 2 at the intersection of Arrowhead Avenue and West 2nd Street.

As per the report, a marked San Bernardino Police vehicle collided with another car for an unknown reason at the intersection. As a result of the crash, both vehicles sustained minor to moderate damages.

Two people, who the occupants of the civilian car, were taken to area hospitals with unspecified injuries. The names and the condition of the patients at this time remained unknown.

It was not clear if the officer was hurt in the wreck.
