Salvador Cortez Dies in San Luis Obispo Accident on South Higuera Street
San Luis Obispo, California (June 25, 2021) – Salvador Cortez, 21, of San Luis Obispo was killed in a bicycle crash that occurred on Friday morning in San Luis Obispo, according to the authorities.
The incident took place on Suburban Road at South Higuera Street at around 7:20 a.m.
Authorities said Cortez was riding a bike northbound on Higuera Street when he was struck by a truck making a turn onto Suburban Road from Higuera Street.

The involved driver stayed at the scene after the accident.
