Boy Severely Injured in Salinas Pedestrian Accident at Hebbron Avenue and Alisal Street
Salinas, California (April 3, 2019) – A boy was critically injured after a traffic collision Tuesday morning in the area of Salinas, according to a local news source.
The collision happened at around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 2, at Hebbron Avenue and Alisal Street.
As per the report, a second-grade student was crossing at the intersection with his siblings and other students to Sherwood Elementary School when he was struck by a vehicle for unknown reasons.

Responding emergency crews found the child lying in the roadway following the crash. The boy was rushed to Santa Clara Medical Center for treatment of critical injuries.
The victim’s name and their current condition were not immediately known.
Authorities said that the involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with officials.
