At Least 1 Injured in Salinas Crash on 724 Old Stage Road
Salinas, California (April 13, 2021) – At least one person was injured in a single-vehicle accident that happened Monday night in Salinas, according to the California Highway Patrol.
According to CHP, the accident occurred at about 10:28 p.m. in the 724 block of Old Stage Road.
Salinas Police Department responded to the scene to find a car that lost control and went about 50 feet off the roadway into a field, where it overturned onto its roof.
One person was seen limping, and another was possibly trapped inside the vehicle.
The report said at least one person suffered severe injuries in the crash. An ambulance responded to the scene and transported the patient to Natividad Medical Center.
An investigation to determine the cause of the crash is underway.
