Rider Seriously Injured in Sacramento Motorcycle Accident at Palm Street and Watt Avenue
Sacramento County, California (March 12, 2019) – A rider sustained major injuries in a motorcycle collision involving a vehicle in Sacramento County on Sunday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported just before 5 p.m. March 11, at Palm Street and Watt Avenue.
CHP said that a gray Chevrolet pickup truck collided with a motorcycle at the intersection of Palm Street and Watt Avenue.
Rider Seriously Hurt in Sacramento Motorcycle Crash
The rider sustained serious injuries as a result of the wreck. The victim was attended to by the paramedics along with the fire department officials and later hospitalized for treatment. The identity of the victim was not released.
The driver of the involved car stopped after the accident and cooperated with the officials.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
