Sacramento County, CA: 2 Hospitalized after Car Crash on Highway 160
2 Injured in Sacramento County Crash on Highway 160 near Highway 12
Sacramento County, California (April 4, 2021) – Two people were sent to the hospital after a traffic crash that happened Saturday afternoon near Rio Vista in Sacramento County.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident happened at around 3:33 p.m. on northbound Highway 160, just south of Highway 12.
Two vehicles collided, leaving one of them overturned and the other blocking traffic lanes.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and transported two people to the hospital. The victims sustained unspecified injuries.
Both vehicles were towed away with crash damage.
CHP is investigating to establish the cause of the crash.
