Sacramento County, CA: 1 Seriously Injured in Car Crash on Highway 99
1 Hospitalized after Highway 99 Car Accident near Elkhorn Boulevard Off-Ramp in Sacramento County
Sacramento County, California (June 13, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a major collision that happened early Saturday morning in Sacramento County.
Authorities said two vehicles collided at about 2:21 a.m. on southbound Highway 99, just south of Elkhorn Boulevard off-ramp.
As per the report, a Jeep Cherokee and a Toyota collided for unknown reasons.
Paramedics responded to the scene and transported one person who suffered major injuries to the hospital.
Both vehicles were towed away with crash damage.
