Sacramento, California (December 24, 2020) – One person was hospitalized with major injuries after being involved in an alleged hit-and-run accident, at Ampm Store Parking Lot, in Sacramento Wednesday evening.

The major injury pedestrian crash happened just after 6:50 p.m. at El Camino and Howe avenues near Arden-Arcade.

A woman, in her 30s, was hit by unspecified vehicle near the Sacramento intersection under unclear circumstances.

The unidentified pedestrian was hospitalized at UC Davis Medical Center for treatment of major injuries sustained in the wreck.

Meanwhile, the California Highway Patrol are gathering more evidence to locate the involved motorist who fled the scene following accident.
