Indio, California (December 24, 2020) – At least one person was hospitalized after being injured in a car accident that happened in Indio on Wednesday afternoon.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Highway 111 near Overture Drive.
A vehicle was traveling on the roadway when it lost control for unknown reasons and flipped over.
One person was trapped inside the vehicle and had to be extricated before being transported to Desert Regional Medical Center for treatment.
