Minor Injuries Reported after Sacramento Car Accident on Highway 99 and Broadway
Sacramento, California (February 19, 2019) – Minor injuries were reported after a traffic collision Monday afternoon in the area of Sacramento, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at around 12:21 p.m. Monday, February 18, on northbound Highway 99, just south of Broadway.
As per the CHP officials, four vehicles crashed for unknown reasons.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately known.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
Authorities blocked the lanes following the accident.
No additional information concerning this incident was provided.
An investigation is ongoing.
