Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Sacramento Crash at Bayou Road Crossfield Drive
Sacramento, California (July 4, 2019) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured late Wednesday night in a traffic accident in a Sacramento intersection, according to a local news source.
The major injury crash, which was reported at about 11:20 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, happened in the area of Bayou Road and Crossfield Drive, near Lindbergh Drive and Airport Boulevard.
According to California Highway Patrol, a motorcycle collided for an unknown reason with a car at the Sacramento intersection.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and provided medical aid to the rider who sustained major injuries as a result of the crash. The patient was then taken to Mercy San Juan Medical Center for further treatment.
The name and condition of the victim were not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the wreck is underway.
