Major Injuries Sustained After Sacramento Motorcycle Accident on 5 Freeway near Airport
Sacramento, California (October 26, 2019) – At least one person sustained major injuries in a traffic collision involving a motorcycle in Sacramento on Friday evening.
The California Highway Patrol said the motorcycle collision, which happened shortly before 6:28 p.m. on October 25, occurred on the Interstate 5 Freeway near Airport Boulevard off-ramp.
The CHP said a male party riding a motorcycle and a vehicle of unspecified type collided in the southbound side of the freeway for unknown reasons.
Major Injury Sacramento Motorcycle Crash on 5 Freeway
At least one person sustained major injuries in the crash. The victim was attended to by paramedics who responded to the scene shortly after the wreck.
The identity and the current condition of the patient remain unknown to this time.
The detectives handling the case are gathering more evidence to identify how the wreck occurred.
