Sacramento, California (July 27, 2019) – At least one person was hurt in a traffic collision involving a motorcycle and multiple vehicles in Sacramento Friday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol report.

The crash, which was reported at approximately 6:03 p.m. July 26, in the eastbound lanes of the highway at 59th Street offramp.

As per the CHP report, the accident involved a motorcycle, a silver Toyota Prius, and about two other vehicles of unspecified built. Due to the impact, the rider was thrown onto the center divider.

One ground ambulance was sent off at the scene of the accident. The wreck resulted in minor injuries. The identity and current condition of the wounded party have not yet been released to this time.

The detectives handling the case are gathering more evidence to identify the cause of the accident.
