1 Injured in Sacramento Car Crash on 5 Freeway near Hood Franklin Road
Sacramento, California (September 22, 2020) – At least two people were injured in a car accident on Monday night in south Sacramento.
The accident happened at about 10 p.m. September 21, in the northbound lanes of Interstate 5 Freeway near Hood Franklin Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a black BMW and a semi-truck were involved in the accident.
The BMW is reported to have rear-ended a big rig in unclear circumstances.
Two people are reported to have suffered minor injuries in the crash and were transported to the hospital for treatment.
Additional information about the collision was not provided.
