Sacramento Accident on Interstate 5 Freeway near Q Street Sends 2 to Hospital
Sacramento, California (July 23, 2021) – Two people were hospitalized after being involved in a multi-vehicle collision Thursday afternoon in Sacramento.
The minor injury crash happened on the Interstate 5 Freeway at approximately 1:59 p.m. on July 22.
The accident involved a blue Ford Taurus, a white Ford pickup truck and a black 2006 Mitsubishi Outlander that crashed on the freeway for undetermined reasons.

As per the California Highway Patrol report, two people sustained minor injuries following the collision.
The unidentified victims were attended to by paramedics before being taken to Mercy General Hospital for further medical aid.
Authorities requested a tow truck to remove the wrecked SUV from the crash site.
The accident remains under investigation by the CHP.
