Sacramento, California (September 30, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle collision that happened in South Sacramento on Tuesday morning.
The accident happened at about 7:23 a.m. September 29, on Interstate 5 Freeway near the Cosumnes River Boulevard onramp.
A white Chevrolet Silverado and a black Nissan Sentra were involved in the accident. The events leading up to the collision, however, were not immediately established.
One person was injured in the accident and was transported to Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento Medical Center.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
