One Person Hospitalized after Sacramento Accident on Phoenix Park Drive Near Caselli Circle
Sacramento, California (April 23, 2021) – One person was hospitalized with moderate injuries after being involved in a two-vehicle collision in Sacramento Tuesday morning, according to a Sacramento Fire Department report.
The major injury crash happened in the 7400 Block of Phoenix Park Drive shortly after 11 a.m. April 20
The wreck possibly involved a silver Nissan and a red-colored car that crashed near Caselli Circle and El Mango Way for reasons still under investigation.
Due to the impact, the red car acquired damage to its right front side while the silver Nissan overturned onto its side.
At least one person was pinned inside the wreckage and had to be extricated by firefighters.

Meanwhile, paramedics attended to one unidentified victim who had suffered moderate injuries before transporting them to a trauma facility for further medication.
The accident resulted in the closure of Phoenix Park Drive for an unknown time.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
