Minor Injuries Sustained in Berkeley Crash on Interstate 80 near University Avenue Off-Ramp
Berkeley, California (April 23, 2021) – Minor injuries were sustained in a Thursday afternoon car crash that happened in Berkeley, as per the California Highway Patrol.
The incident was reported at about 2:11 p.m. on westbound Interstate 80, just west of University Avenue off-ramp.
A Subaru Outback and a Toyota Prius collided for unknown reasons.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to offer medical aid to at least one person who complained of pain.
The lanes No. 1 and 2 were temporarily blocked following the accident.
CHP is investigating the cause of the wreck.
