Ryan Bolz Identified as 44-Year-Old Turlock Man Killed in Modesto Motorcycle Crash on Albers Road near Yosemite Boulevard

Modesto, California (August 25, 2020) – Ryan Bolz, 44, of Turlock, has been identified as the man who was killed in a motorcycle crash on Tuesday morning in Modesto, according to the Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office.
The crash happened at about 7:00 a.m. on Albers Road, just north of Yosemite Boulevard.
According to the CHP, a 2012 Chevrolet SUV, driven by Logan Prahser, 25, of Oakdale, was driving northbound on Albers Road when it crossed southbound directly into the pathway of a 2007 Suzuki, driven by Bolz.
Bolz reportedly struck the right side of the SUV and was ejected onto the roadway. He was wearing safety gear, including a helmet at the time of the crash.

Bolz was transported to Memorial Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Prahser was not hurt in the accident.
Drugs or alcohol were not suspected of having played a role in the accident.
Traffic on the Albers Road was stopped due to the accident, and as of 8:00 a.m., the roadway was reopened.
The crash remains under investigation.
