Ceres, California (November 13, 2019) – 39-year-old Roberto Sanchez of Palo Alto was hospitalized after two-vehicle crash in the area of Ceres on Sunday morning.

The fatal collision happened at approximately 10:06 a.m. on November 10, on Crows Landing and Hackett roads just outside of the El Rematito Flea Market.

As per the report, the accident involved a white 1997 Chevy Silverado pickup driven by 43-year-old Jose Sanchez of Modesto and a tan 2003 Toyota Corolla driven by a male party.

The initial report indicated that the Toyota was attempting to cross Crows Landing Road in a westward direction on Hackett Road when it collided with the southbound pickup.

It was not clear which party caused the crash.

Roberto Sanchez Hospitalized After Fatal Ceres Car Accident

The motorist and sole occupant of the Toyota was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Jose Sanchez and his passenger Roberto Sanchez sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the crash. Both were transported to the hospital for treatment.

The investigation is underway.
