Teen Critically Injured in Riverside Motorcycle Crash at Iowa Avenue and Spruce Street
Riverside, California (May 30, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Tuesday night traffic accident that left a teen motorcyclist seriously injured in Riverside.
The accident occurred at about 9:20 p.m., on May 25, at the intersection of Iowa Avenue and Spruce Street.
According to the police, the teen was riding a 2004 Kawasaki northbound on Iowa when a 33-year-old woman driving a 2019 Toyota Highlander pulled out of a business parking lot onto the four-lane road.
Unfortunately, the rider struck the side of the Toyota, the officials said.

The teen was gravely injured in the accident.
The involved driver was questioned by officers at the scene but was not arrested.
Traffic at the intersection was stopped for an unknown period due to the collision.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
