Injuries Reported in Richardson’s Grove Accident on Highway 101
Richardson’s Grove, California (May 8, 2021) – Injuries were reported in a car accident that occurred near Richardson’s Grove State Park Thursday night, according to the CHP.
The incident was reported at around 9:24 p.m. May 6, on Highway 101.
According to the CHP, a GMC Canyon and a Nissan Altima were involved in the crash.
One person was trapped in the wreckage and had to be freed by emergency crews.

An ambulance was sent to the scene for the injured parties.
CHP said the injuries were minor.
Both directions of Highway 101 were blocked briefly as crews worked to clear the scene.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
