Regina Chadon ID’d as Woman Killed in Delano Crash on Highway 65
Delano, California (June 24, 2021) – The woman who was killed in a crash in Delano on June 15 has been identified as Regina Christine Chadon, 31, of Porterville, according to the Kern County Coroner’s Office.
The incident took place on Highway 65 south of Highway 155 at around 3:57 p.m.
CHP said a Lamont man was traveling at a high rate of speed southbound on Highway 65 when he swerved across the double yellow lines and his gray Honda Accord collided with an oncoming 2021 Nissan driven by Chadon.

Chadon was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash.
The driver of the Honda was extricated and transported to Kern Medical with major injuries.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
