Redwood City, CA: Multi-Car Crash on Highway 101 and Woodside Road
Minor Injuries Reported in Redwood City Accident on Highway 101 and Woodside Road
Redwood City, California (February 14, 2019) – Minor injuries were reported after a multi-vehicle collision Wednesday night in the area of Redwood City, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at around 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 13, on southbound Highway 101, just north of Woodside Road.
As per the CHP officials, four vehicles crashed for unknown reasons.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately known.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
The vehicles were blocking lanes 4 and 5 following the collision.
No additional information concerning this incident was provided.
An investigation is ongoing.
