Redding, California (April 29, 2021) – A driver and passengers were injured Wednesday morning in a traffic accident involving two vehicles in Redding, according to a local news source.
The crash happened shortly before 6:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 28, in the 4100 block of Bechelli Lane.
As per the report, a 2002 Ford F150 traveling at an unspecified speed rear-ended a slow-moving 2012 Ford F450 in a construction zone. The Ford F450 was a construction vehicle.
The driver of the Ford F450 and their passengers were treated at the scene for minor injuries by paramedics who responded to the scene.
Intoxication is believed to have been a factor on the part of the driver of the F150. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt when the accident occurred.
