The crash happened at around 4:45 p.m. Thursday, February 25, at the intersection of North Market Street and Quartz Hill Road.
Authorities said a white pickup truck failed to stop at a stop sign on Quartz Hill Road and rear-ended another vehicle stopped at the red light.
The crash triggered a chain-reaction that involved five vehicles.
