1 Seriously Injured in Rancho Santa Fe Car Accident on El Camino Real near Via Gaviota
San Diego County, California (February 1, 2019) – At least one person was injured Thursday evening in a traffic accident involving two vehicles in Rancho Santa Fe, San Diego County, a local news source reported.
The major wreck happened at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday, January 31 on El Camino Real near Via Gaviota.
As per the report, a red coupe collided with another car for an undetermined reason on El Camino Real. One of the vehicles crashed into a power pole and knocked down power lines after the impact.
Fire crews responded to the scene and extricated a man who was trapped inside the wreckage. He was then transported to a hospital with major injuries.
The name and the condition of the patient were not immediately disclosed.
