Quartz Hill, California (January 9, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Friday night traffic accident that killed one person and left a child critically injured in Quartz Hill.
The deadly single-vehicle accident happened at about 10:30 p.m., on January 8, at the intersection of 40th Street West and Avenue L.
According to the police, a silver sedan overturned in the parking lot of a Chase Bank branch near the intersection in unclear circumstances.
Child Critically Injured in Fatal Rollover Crash on 40th Street
One person sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
The child was critically injured and was rushed to a hospital for treatment.
The crash remains under investigation.
