Pleasant Hill, California (April 13, 2021)  At least one person was hurt following a traffic collision that occurred in Pleasant Hill Monday morning, April 12.

The multi-vehicle crash was reported at about 6:50 a.m. on the Interstate 680 Freeway near the Treat Boulevard off-ramp.

The accident involved a Chevrolet SUV and a big rig hauling wood pallets that crashed on the interstate in the morning hours.

The truck’s bumper reportedly hit the side of the dark blue SUV at the time of the collision.

As per the California Highway Patrol report, a Honda was also possibly involved in the mishap.

Pleasant Hill Multi-Vehicle Crash 

At least one victim sustained unspecified injuries following the crash.

The wreck resulted in the closure of the Nos. 1, 2, and 3 lanes for an unknown time.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
