Sacramento, California (June 24, 2021) – A person was killed in an auto-pedestrian collision in Sacramento on Wednesday afternoon, according to the authorities
The incident happened at around 3:30 p.m. near Stockton Boulevard and Lawrence Drive.
According to the report, a vehicle struck a pedestrian in the area.

The pedestrian was transported to a hospital with major injuries and was later pronounced deceased at the hospital.
The involved motorist was also taken to the hospital and was expected to survive.
The accident caused a closure of Stockton Boulevard in both directions as authorities examined and cleared the scene.
