Patricia Burd ID’d as Woman Killed in Arden Arcade Crash on Whitney Avenue near Becerra Way

Arden Arcade, California (August 4, 2019) – Patricia Burd, 83, has been identified as the woman who was killed Tuesday morning in a traffic accident in Arden Arcade.
The deadly accident took place just after 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 30 on Whitney Avenue, just west of Becerra Way.
The California Highway Patrol said Burd was driving her car on Whitney Avenue when for an unknown reason, she crashed into a parked vehicle.
Burd’s vehicle rolled over after the impact. Burd, who was not wearing a seatbelt at the time, was partially ejected from the car in the collision.
Burd was declared dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
