4 Hurt in Pasadena Crash on Fair Oaks Avenue and Claremont Street Thursday night

Pasadena, California (March 16, 2019) – Four people, including three teenagers, were injured Thursday night in a traffic accident in Pasadena, according to a local news source.
The wreck happened shortly after 10:00 p.m. Thursday, March 14 on Fair Oaks Avenue and Claremont Street.
Police said a Honda Odyssey minivan was turning left to Claremont Street from Fair Oaks Avenue when it was broadsided on the passenger side by a black Dodge Dart that was traveling southbound on Fair Oaks Avenue at a high rate of speed.
The Dart careened into two parked vehicles due to the force of the impact. The Dart then burst into flames. One of the parked vehicles was occupied when the collision happened.

The driver of the minivan sustained major injuries and was transported to a hospital.
Three teenagers, who were the occupants of the Dart, were also transported to the hospital with unspecified injuries. The names of the patients and their conditions at this remained unknown.
Authorities said a fourth person in the Dart possibly fled the scene after the crash.
Wreckages from the crash were scattered across the block. No other details were immediately available.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
