One Injured, Tirso Rojas Arrested after Paradise Crash on Neal Road near Rivendell Lane
Paradise, California (February 16, 2019) – One person was injured and another arrested following a two-vehicle accident on Thursday afternoon in Paradise, according to the police.
The incident occurred at about 4:09 p.m. February 14, on Neal Road near Rivendell Lane.
Police said a Ford F250 pickup truck was traveling southbound on Neal Road when the driver slowed down to make a turn at Rivendell Lane and was rear-ended by a vehicle.
The driver of the Ford was treated for their injuries at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle that hit the Ford, identified as Tirso Dejose Luis Rojas, 41, was arrested for felony DUI traffic collision causing injuries and felony DUI collision with blood alcohol .08 or above.
The police are investigating the incident.
