Palmdale, California (April 28, 2021) – At least one person suffered serious injuries in a multi-vehicle collision that occurred Tuesday afternoon in Palmdale, according to the California Highway Patrol.
At around 4:37 p.m., four vehicles collided in the southbound lanes of Highway 14 at Palmdale Boulevard.
At the time of the report, it was not yet clear what factors led to the collision.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene to help at least one person who sustained major injuries.
Several traffic lanes remained closed for an unknown duration following the pileup.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
