Pacific Grove, CA: 2 Injured After Car Crashes into Home on Eardley Avenue

Pacific Grove, California (July 20, 2020) – Two people were injured after a vehicle slammed into a home Sunday morning in Pacific Grove, according to authorities.  

The accident happened at around 11:43 a.m. Sunday, July 19, in the 300 block of Eardley Avenue.  

Authorities said Felix Palmerin, 31, of Watsonville, was driving his vehicle on Eardley Avenue when, for unknown reasons, he crashed into the home.  

A child, who was inside the home, sustained injuries and was airlifted to a Bay Area hospital. The juvenile has since been discharged.  

A passenger in the vehicle was taken by ground ambulance to a hospital in unknown condition.  

Felix Palmerin Arrested after Car Accident on Eardley Avenue in Pacific Grove  

Palmerin fled the scene after the accident but was later arrested by police. He was booked into Monterey County Jail on suspicion of felony hit-and-run, possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor reckless driving causing injury.  

The crash remains under investigation.
