Possible Injuries after Orinda Car Accident on State Route 24 at Caldecott Tunnel
Orinda, California (February 10, 2019) – Authorities are investigating a traffic accident that occurred Sunday morning in Orinda, according to a local news source.
The wreck was reported shortly after 9:00 a.m. on State Route 24 at Caldecott Tunnel and involved several vehicles.
Details are extremely limited at this time and it’s unknown what caused the crash.
Possible injuries were reported.
Authorities blocked both westbound lanes of State Route 24 through the Caldecott Tunnel and traffic into the tunnel was backed up. As of 10:00 a.m. all lanes were reopened.
CHP is investigating the crash.
