Oakland, California (May 5, 2021) – Injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision that occurred in Oakland on Tuesday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened along the westbound lanes of Interstate 580 Freeway near Golf Links Road at about 5:28 p.m. May 4.
A gray sedan is reported to have collided with a minivan for unknown reasons. The impact of the collision caused the pickup truck to overturn onto its roof.
According to the California Highway Patrol, one person was injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
