Minor Injuries Reported in North Sacramento Crash on 80 Freeway near Greenback Lane
North Sacramento, California (January 8, 2019) – Minor injuries were reported after a multi-vehicle collision Monday evening in the area of North Sacramento, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The accident occurred at around 6:43 p.m. Monday, January 7, on eastbound 80 Freeway just west of Greenback Lane off-ramp.
As per the report, five to six vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition remained unknown.
Tow trucks were sent to the scene to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
