North Sacramento, California (June 19, 2019) – At least one person was injured after a four-vehicle collision Tuesday afternoon in the area of North Sacramento, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The multi-vehicle collision happened at around 3:56 p.m. June 18, on eastbound 80 Freeway at Northgate Boulevard.
As per the dispatch, four vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation. One of the trucks involved overturned on its roof following the crash.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the crash victims. The names of the patients and their current condition were not immediately known.
A SigAlert was issued closing all lanes following the crash. The roadway was opened as of 4:42 p.m.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
No additional details concerning this crash were provided.
An investigation is underway.
