1 Seriously Injured in North Highlands Collision on Madison Avenue and Airbase Drive

North Highlands, California (May 9, 2021) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after a traffic collision that happened Sunday afternoon at an intersection in North Highlands, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident happened at about 2:33 p.m. on Madison Avenue and Airbase Drive.
A motorcycle and a car collided for unknown reasons, blocking the intersection.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and transported the rider to the hospital for treatment of major injuries.
The cause and manner of the accident remained unknown, but CHP is investigating.
