North Highlands, California (July 14, 2021) – One person died in a North Highlands crash that happened Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Don Julio Boulevard and Bolivar Avenue.

The crash happened just before 4:00 p.m., involving a motorcycle and a car.

Don Julio was blocked to allow emergency crews to administer CPR to one person.
