Newport Beach, California (June 8, 2021) – Possible injuries were reported after two vehicles collided in Newport Beach Monday morning, the Newport Beach Police Department said.

A grey Mercedes-Benz G-class wagon reportedly crashed with a white sedan on Von Karman Avenue at approximately 9:00 a.m. on June 7.

It was not immediately established how the crash occurred in the morning hours.

Due to the impact, the Mercedes-Benz rolled over onto its side  near a traffic signal pole

All involved parties were attended to by paramedics who responded to the scene after the crash.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
