At Least 1 Hurt in Newport Beach Crash on Birch Street near MacArthur Boulevard
Newport Beach, California (September 11, 2019) – At least one person was hurt after a traffic crash Tuesday afternoon in the area of Newport Beach, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The collision happened at an unspecified time on Tuesday, September 10, on Birch Street near the Benihana Japanese restaurant, between MacArthur Boulevard and Dove Street.
As per the CHP officials, two vehicles including a BMW sedan crashed for reasons still under investigation. The sedan rolled over following the crash.

Responding firefighters extricated at least one person pinned inside the overturned sedan. The name of the patient and their current condition was not immediately released.
No additional information concerning this crash was provided.
