1 Seriously Injured in Nevada City Bicycle Accident on Washington Road
Nevada City, California (September 30, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol said a bicyclist was seriously injured after being hit by a car Tuesday afternoon in Nevada City.
As per the CHP report, a woman called authorities at around 12:15 p.m. reporting that her son was hit by a car while riding his bicycle in the 10945 block of Washington Road.

The woman told authorities that the driver of the car fled the scene.
The victim sustained major injuries in the crash, and an ambulance was sent to the scene to offer medical aid.
