Visalia, California (March 24, 2021) – Natalie Ontiveros, from Dinuba, has been identified as one of the four parties who were injured in a Saturday night two-vehicle accident that killed a female driver in Visalia, authorities said.
The deadly accident occurred at about 9:20 p.m., on March 20, on Road 56 north of Avenue 416.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a 1995 Honda driven by the woman was headed southbound in the northbound lane of Road 56 when it collided head-on with another vehicle.

Sadly, the woman sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
Ontiveros, among four other parties, were hospitalized with minor to moderate injuries. They were passengers in the Honda.
It was not clear if drugs or alcohol played a role in the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
