Mountain View, CA: Major Injuries Sustained in Traffic Crash on Highway 101
At Least 1 Severely Injured in Mountain View Crash on Highway 101 near Shoreline Boulevard Off-Ramp

Mountain View, California (April 14, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a two-vehicle collision that happened Wednesday morning in Mountain View, leaving at least one person with major injuries.
The vehicles, a Volkswagen Passat and a Mercedes-Benz E320, collided at about 7:29 a.m. on northbound Highway 101, just south of Shoreline Boulevard off-ramp.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene to help the motorists.
At least one person suffered severe injuries in the accident, the report said. The patient was taken to the hospital in an unknown condition.
CHP is collecting more information to determine the cause of the accident.
