Barstow, CA: CHP Investigating Major Injury Crash on Interstate 15
At Least 1 Sustains Serious Injuries in Barstow Car Accident on Interstate 15 near Outlet Center Drive Off-Ramp

Barstow, California (April 14, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol said at least one person was seriously injured in a Wednesday morning car crash that happened in Barstow.
The pileup occurred at around 6:00 a.m. in the northbound lanes of Interstate 15, just north of Outlet Center Drive off-ramp.
A gray Hyundai Sonata and a gray Chevrolet Spark were involved in the accident.
The vehicles were blocking the roadway after the accident.
As per the report, the driver of the Hyundai got out of the car after the crash and walked to the center divider.
Responding emergency crews responded to the scene and confirmed that at least one person sustained major injuries in the accident. An ambulance was sent to the scene to take the victim to the hospital.
There were no other details given about the accident.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
