Mount Shasta, California (February 3, 2021) – Injuries were reported in a solo-car crash that occurred in Mount Shasta early Wednesday morning.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 4:44 a.m. on Interstate 5 Freeway near Soda Creek Road.
A Kia Optima is reported to have crashed into the center divider in unclear circumstances.
The authorities said two people were injured in the accident and were transported to an area hospital for treatment.
