Moreno Valley, California (June 17, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances that led to an alleged hit-and-run collision in Moreno Valley Monday afternoon, June 14.

The car crash was reported just about 2:00 p.m., on June 14, along State Route 60 near the Day Street ramp.

The accident involved a white sedan and a second vehicle that crashed in the westbound side of the interstate for reasons still under investigation.

Officials affirmed at least one unidentified person was hurt in the accident.

The CHP is gathering more evidence to locate one of the drivers who fled the scene after the accident.
